We hold workshops for adults and children of all ages to help them start or continue to live a healthy life by educating them on time management, stress management, goal setting and nutritional education. We incorporate self-care education into our programs because it is very important to address the mind, body and spirit so that a well balanced life can be obtained. 

Our workshops for adults consist of presentations are broken down into two categories, overcoming barriers and goal setting. In the barriers category we address overcoming negative mindsets, how to create a plan to eliminate negative thought patterns and then how to be consistent in their journey. With goal setting we cover how to create goals and action steps to achieve the goals. Self-care is included in all programs and presentations and focus on the mind, body and spirit. We talk about the importance of eating a balanced diet and getting regular physical activity.

Our workshops for children consists anticipatory education guided towards what it means to live a healthy, balanced life and why it is important. For the early education students we would focus on basic education such as food groups and identifying health food options. For the middle school age children we would focus on the importance of self-confidence and self-perception in relation to how they cope with their stress. This is the time that relationships to food can become unhealthy so education in this area is vital. For high-school students the emphasis is on preparing them for adult life and all that comes with it. We teach them how to create and keep a positive mindset, how to develop and maintain healthy relationships with food and how to develop healthy coping skills.

Whatever the age group, we have something that can help inspire, motivate and support them in following their dreams and aligning their goals with their passions and purpose.
