Are You Prepping For Your Business and Personal Wellness? They Are Not The Same.

Introduction

The characteristics of business wellness and personal wellness are similar, sometimes intersecting, but they are not the same. Both types of wellness require you to have a reasonable handle on your time management and will also help you maximize the time you have to accomplish not only what you need to do, but what you want as well. Many busy professionals like yourself are so busy working to build or scale your business or career that you don’t properly plan the activities that keep you fulfilled, energized and well. This leads to negative, low energy feelings and actions such as burn-out frustration and resentment. Delegation in your business or career and life will greatly improve not only your wellness, but your mental, physical and emotional wellness.

Everyone is different so finding the tips, techniques and strategies that will work specifically for you in your life can be challenging, but well worth the work. AS you listen to this episode, I want you to think about how you are currently honoring your wellness, what’s working and what you might need to improve on. There are endless ways to create an action plan that will satisfy your wellness in both areas. My goal is to first bring about the awareness and then give a few examples of where you can begin. Please don’t hesitate to email or DM me if you are having trouble finding time for your wellness. How you age will be determined by what you do every day to nourish your mind, body and soul with the goal to age actively. If you are not practicing wellness in both areas, each area will suffer as they work together to create the stamina and endurance you need to fulfill your goals.
