Meet Eboni.

Living with a purpose - LWAP was founded in 2015 by Eboni Gee with the vision to help busy professional women with their time management for a healthier personal and professional life. LWAP is a US-based company that is focused on promoting wellness practices through time management for better kidney health. We work with busy, professional women to help them learn how to prioritize their wellness. Most major diseases such as kidney disease, diabetes, and hypertension, all are a result of a poor lifestyle. Procrastination is the foundation of many lessons since all-time management begins with planning, LWAP is dedicated to promoting wellness through consistent time management, priorities, and organization skills that lead busy professional women to achieve success in their careers, businesses, and personal lives.   

Eboni Gee is a wife, mom, and registered nurse who is all about helping busy professional women achieve the wellness they are looking for by prioritizing their goals, choosing wellness practices that resonate with their life, and executing in excellence, not perfection. “At first, I wasn’t really interested in attending the co-working sessions. I prefer to work in quiet and I assumed being on the calls would distract me from working. I thought I could get more done if I worked in silence by myself. Well, that was fine as far as content creation but when it came to setting everything up to run; that was another story. I was stuck. I’ve never done anything like this before so understanding what is needed to run the business confused me. Attending the coaching sessions cleared up my confusion. Eboni took her time in showing the different systems used and how to best use them such as email marketing; scheduling social media posts; system integrations; etc. She has no problem pulling something up on the screen and walking through it.

When it came close to launch time, like many others I was so nervous and felt as if I wasn’t ready. Eboni pushed not just me but all of us out of the nest with our launches. She didn’t allow us to talk ourselves out of launching. During one of the sessions, she walked us through how to set up Eventbrite. It was during that session, I took a bold step and hit the button…I published my first event on Eventbrite thanks to Eboni. If it wasn’t for that session, I know I probably would have waited until the last minute to post the event which would have decreased registrations. Why does that matter? Well, my first paid client registered via that Eventbrite.

Eboni is very knowledgeable of the systems needed. If there is something she doesn’t know she’ll pull it up and walk through it with everyone. She is also very good at asking the questions that’ll cause you to realize you can do this. It’s like she is sharing the experience with you. Her approach is an “at you” type approach. She is more of a “with you” so you feel supported which increases your confidence to do what you have never done.

I appreciated the sessions with Eboni. They were much needed. I would say to anyone; who is like myself and thinking they can do this alone in a quiet space; attend a session with Eboni. There will be times you’ll be unsure of yourself; confused as to next steps; or you may have gaps in methods that you have not yet identified. Attending these sessions will address all those areas."
