In order for you to experience the holistic wellness you desire to see in your life, you must get rid of things that are wreaking havoc within your life mentally, emotionally and physically. Creating sustainable habits and behaviors in your life welcomes the experience of ease and flow in your everyday life. These unsustainable acts cause stress and tension, mess with your time management and really impede your ability to relieve that pressure that you feel in your daily life.
Identifying your unsustainable habits and behaviors is the first step to rooting out what is no longer working in your life. Your peace is dependent upon developing and creating a more sustainable lifestyle. Once you describe the impact these habits and behaviors have in your life, you bring awareness to their existence and impact. Deciding what steps you can take to work through these habits and behaviors totally depends on your capacity for them. You can only do what you can reasonably handle. Don’t attempt to take them on all at once, that train of thought tends to create more stress and overwhelm. Determining the root of your unsustainables will begin to help you deal with them.
