Environmental Wellness, Lessons and Accountability with Sherry Bougard

We all need help from time to time. Doctors need doctors, nurses need nurses and social workers need social workers. Sometimes, being trained in a certain field doesn’t mean that you can always recognize when you need help yourself. Realizing and admitting that you are in need is the first step to making things better. As a social worker and a victim of domestic violence, Sherry realized the need for people to not only unlearn learned behaviors, but also to live in an environment that is healthy and allows for growth, healing and change to occur.
